Overview
A Tamale hotel sells the same rooms on its own site and on Airbnb. This single Next.js 16 app is the public site where guests check real availability, get a server-computed quote, hold a room, and pay, plus the staff console for room types, physical units, seasonal rates, discounts, taxes, bookings, refunds, and reviews.
The Problem
Selling one physical room through two channels is a double-booking machine. A room taken on Airbnb must stop being sellable on the site within seconds, and a guest halfway through paying must not lose the room to someone who clicked later. The hotel also sells one apartment both as a whole unit and as a single bedroom, and staff take walk-ins against the same calendar. Any slip means turning a guest away at the desk.
